This Sludgeandwater LLC "Ceramic Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)" couples an activated sludge plant with an MBR filtration unit; in this case a sidestream or Cross-flow Ceramic Membrane Package Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) rental for the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater where reuse is required. 

Plant can be tuned to treat simple wastewater or complex wastewater high in O&G, TSS, organics, bacteria, viruses and other high strength waters where ceramic membrane filtration is advantageous or water reuse is desired.

Our package wastewater treatment plants can be deployed to treat wastewater produced at your base camp, temporary facilities, factory or work camp. - Hallett 30 UV system- The Hallett 30 1” drinking water system is NSF/ANSI Standard 55 Class A certified. For the Hallett units, the EPA Establishment number is 075213-CAN-001.

- Ceramic MBRs mean you never have to worry about membrane issues as is common with polymeric membranes that are prone to regular fouling and breaking.

- We always try to offer accurate pore size distributions in the range of MICRO, ULTRA and NANO filtration depending on requirements
